To take your own dental impression, start by mixing the two components of of the putty by hand until it is a consistent color. Roll the putty into a log shape and place it evenly into the dental tray. Carefully insert the tray into your mouth, ensuring the putty covers your teeth. Bite down gently but firm, holding the tray in place for 90-120 seconds. Once the putty has set, carefully remove tray and inspect the impression for detail. (Make sure the Gum Line is complete and visible) Fill out the form pertaining to teeth and ship it to the return address
